UNION COUNTY EDUCATION ASSOCIATION

Welcome!

Save Your Teen Driver

In 2010, over 40,000 teenage drivers were involved in a car crash in New Jersey. To assist in reducing this number, the Union County Education Association and the New Jersey Education Association are partnering with “Save Your Teen Driver” to offer a FREE workshop to parents and teenagers.

This interactive, computer based activity “tests teen drivers like they never have been tested before in 6 key areas of driving.” After the test, the driver learns their score as well as their risk level in causing a crash.

Attendees are invited to bring their own laptops or to register for one that will be provided for you. Participants will be able to take the test, receive their scores, and meet with representatives from the organization.

Parents are invited and encouraged to attend this event with your teenager. Sandwiches and light refreshments will be served.
